Asian Golden Cats are an endangered cat species that lives in many places throughout Southern Asia. These cats live in rainforests and jungles. They hunt small animals including rodents, reptiles, and birds. These animals are killed by fur hunters and are on their way to extinction. In my predicted future, the rainforest that the golden cats live in will become savanas due to warming temperatures and climate change. They will pass down the trait of duller colors to blend in with the savanna grass and to avoid fur hunters. Their paws will become tougher to survive on the dry, hot grounds. Their population will drastically decrease from our time and this predicted future.
