Future Creature Gorilla

In the gorilla's present habitat, the gorilla lives more coastal than inland. In my gorilla's future habitat, the gorilla lives more inland and savana-like than coastal and swampy-like. The adaptations that I predict will happen to the gorillas are they will be able to swim in lakes and rivers in the savanna to sneak up on their prey they will also have better eyesight in water and at night. The gorilla will get smarter and learn how to sneak up on their prey. They will also be able to talk or communicate with other animals like other mammals. The gorilla will get faster on the ground and have more muscular legs, body, And arms I think it will take thousands of years for the present gorilla to adapt to the future self because so many things have to happen and adaptation doesn’t take 1 or 10 or even 100 years.
