Future Panther

The Black Panther species lives in the Amazon Rainforest. It gets its food source from Deer, Wild Hogs, and Racoons. Panthers hunt in the night rather than the day because they camouflage in the dark forest. Hunting can be difficult, such as climbing, crawling etc., to help, panthers have these special pads on their paws that help them get through these things. Due to climate change, the rainforest will change into a savannah, and the Black Panther will have its adaptations changed due to the heat. The savannah will have small lakes, ponds, etc. for the Panther to have a source of water. Its diet will change to savannah animals such as Gazelles, African Wild Hogs, African Buffalo, and more. Global warming will also change the panthers fur color, because the panthers skin is more exposed in the savannah.They will now camouflage in their new environment better.
