Pink dolphins currently live in freshwater rivers, mainly in South America. They prey on cod, herring, frogs, and prawns, and if it comes to it, turtles. As climate change increases heat droughts, thus lowering pink dolphin reproduction rates, these creatures will be forced to dive deeper for food, therefore changing their diets. Due to diving deeper, they could go from 10-65 feet to 65-820 feet. Since the sun weathers their pigmentation, they will adopt a pinker hue, and their beaks will change because of their diet. They need shorter, sharper beaks to reach the smaller, tinier animals and their diet will probably consist of only prawns, crabs, and shrimp. They will probably lose all of their eyesight, as they don't need it in the murkiness. They will depend mainly on echolocation, and will adapt to have gills due to the depth of their new habitat, instead of blowholes.
