Black Caiman Adaptations

Black caimans live deep in the Amazon Rain-forest. The caiman has various adaptations that help it survive. They have a black body to help camouflage at night since it's a nocturnal reptile. It has a long and thin tail to be faster in the water.Short legs to move in a complex environment. In the future caimans are going to have long legs to be faster outside the water. Have lighter skin with stripes to camouflage better during the day and also the night. They are going to have more cartilage in weaker spots like underbelly to protected themselves in a more Savannah environment.
