Black panthers

Black Panthers have many adaptations that allow them to survive in the rainforest. Shiny coats of fur on their body and tail, hind limbs longer than their forelimbs. Flexible bodies and long tails that give them good balance. They are powerful hunters with their sharp teeth and claws, and are strong swimmers. In the future rainforests might flood so my panther will have to work harder to find food. It will have sharper claws to climb better in case his food lives high up in trees. Since the rainforests would be flooded, my panther will need webbed feet so he will be able to swim faster. They will need more teeth, for if his prey has thicker skin he will be able to bite through and through. My panther will have Eagle eyes so he can see if an animal is trying to sneak up behind him.
