The Capybara

The animal I chose is capybara. It lives in the rainforest in South America. Capybaras eat reeds, grains, melons, and squash. In the future I believe the rainforest will turn into a savannah. The capybara will become a predator and have sharper teeth to hunt a new food source like small rodents and lizards. They will also have a hump like a camel, to store water because it will be much hotter with more direct sun. It will develop faster speed to chase down the smaller animals and avoid new predators. Their eyes will be slightly closer together to be more like predators. Lastly they will have less fur because it will get a lot hotter. Their color, size, and strength will pretty much stay the same.
