My present toucan has a green, red, and orange beak, green feathers around the eyes, black and yellow feathers, small wings, and claws to latch onto branches of its forest habitat. My future toucan has webbed claws to help with walking in the water and swimming, long legs to help it stand in the water, bigger wings to help it fly from predators, a beak with a sharp point to catch fish for food, and hints of blue in it’s feathers to let it blend in slightly with the water and avoid becoming a predators meal. Toucans would most likely have adaptations like this because if the rainforest ends up completely underwater with maybe a few branches in spots, longer legs would be needed to stand in water, camouflage to blend in with the water, and adaptations for new food would be necessary for a toucan to survive.
