The red-eyed tree frog lives in the Amazon. In the future, when the rainforest has been affected by climate change and become a savannah, the red-eyed tree frog will have evolved to have a more brown color, to help camouflage, and the red eyes will have evolved to be better in the dark, due to many animals hunting at night to avoid the heat. The frog would also evolve its diet to include termites, one of the most prominent bugs, along with a longer tongue to be able to reach the termites. One final adaption would be an increased about of mucus glands on the skin which would keep the frog more hydrated, and keep the skin more protected from the sun.
