The Sloth of the Future

My chosen Animal was the 3 toed sloth. I adore sloths, I think they are so sweet and adorable. Though, with the changes in our habitats they are going to be needing some upgrades. I started with the changing of their eyes. Sloths are temporarily blind in daylight. I made my new sloth have daylight vision that can help them to get around and commute better. I also gave them thicker and stronger claws to help them grasp branches and trees better. Lastly, I gave them a long monkey-like tail to help them swing around and cover more distance when going from tree to tree. This will be especially helpful during the deforestation effect which will be taking away sloth's homes, and mode of transportation.
