The adaptation that I think that the toucan will take on is a combination of a few small changes that will help it survive in hotter temperatures, and with less water. Firstly, it's feathers will become lighter colors, so that they don't absorb as much heat during hot days. Next, the beak will become larger, because the beak helps dissipate body heat, which means that the bigger the beak, the better the Toucan can deal with extreme heat. Finally, they will adapt to be able to store water in their beaks for later. This helps because with less rain, they will have less and less chances to get water. If they can store this water for later, then they can survive longer before finding a new water source.
