The Capibara

The capibara's main reason for dying is humans hunting them. That is what I focused on, I made the capibara smaller and lighter than it was 77-150 lbs to 34-90 lbs. I gave it better sight, smell, and hearing than it had so that it could detect predators. I gave them longer legs so that they could run faster. I made their height smaller too from an average of 3.2 - 4.2ft to 1.5 to 2.2 ft. Their fur also adapted so that they can stay in water for longer.
