The Scarlet macaw lives in the rainforest of South America in the canopy. Macaws eat nuts, leaves, berries, and seeds. They also have a very strong beak which can break the strongest nuts. They also use their bright colors to stay safe because they have a coloration pattern called disruptive coloration. I think in the future he is going to get bigger and grow bigger feet and claws because there are not going to be any more trees for him to perch on. He will walk on the ground but he is still going to fly, but even faster. His diet is only going to be bugs so he is going to grow a smaller and a thinner beak. He is going to keep his bright colors. I think all of this is gradually going to happen over 500 years from now.
