The White Worm Lizard is a hearty animal that is suspected to have been around for 65 million years. They survive in conditions that other reptiles are not able to inhabit. While the White Worm lizard is resilient, as well as in the category of least concern for endangerment, it is slow. My proposed adaptation would be to change the lizard's scales into angled ones, similar to snakes. This would help them to move faster and avoid issues like motor accidents.
