Toucans are birds that make very high pitched and loud noises. Toucans live in the canopy level of the tropical rain forests. Toucans eat raw fruits or fruit-like parts of plants like roots, shoots, nuts, and seeds. They have very colorful and big beaks, white necks, black wings and stomachs, and can have different colored corneas. Toucans play an important part “replanting” seeds to help add vegetation to the rainforest. In 1,000 years I think toucans might have longer beaks because they would need to adapt to a new diet. The plants won't be available. They may live at the ground level because the trees will be gone. The toucans' color will change due to the diet that’s available for them. Their intelligence will be more developed in 1,000 years. There could also be more varieties of toucans due to cross breeding to keep the species alive.
