Giant Otters live in the Amazon rainforest and are a key part of the ecosystem. They live in the rivers and creeks of the Amazon as well as other places as well. Giant Otters live in non-floodable banks and places where food is easily available, mainly in shallow waters. Their habitat is very important for their wellbeing and need clean fresh water. There is a huge problem, as shown in the future drawing, their habitat is being destroyed and the water levels are dropping and being polluted. So, the Giant Otter will adapt in ways to continue living in the future. One of which is that these otters will start to walk on land way more and live more on land. They will use the water because of the decrease in water. Also, their diet will change to eat more land animals than sea animals. These are two significant adaptations.
