As deforestation and wildfires increase in the Amazon, it will create a huge environmental impact to animals such as jaguars. With deforestation occurring, habitats are destroyed, to which animals may flee that place or eventually decrease. Wildfires will create an uncertain place for animals and this will create a domino effect, when an animal population decreases, one will either decrease or increase as a result. I believe as an impact in the future, jaguars will adapt to this and be smaller. If they are smaller they won't need that much nutrients to survive, so if more habitats are destroyed and their nutrients flee out then it wouldn't impact them as much. They will have longer whiskers to which will allow them to have a better stimulation and darker spots to allow them to camouflage to get nutrients. Their fur will thicken to not be burnt by the wildfires(color will darken).
