Sharper, Stronger, Surviver

Three-toed sloths live in the rainforest, in a hot tropical climate. Sloths have 2 layers of thick brown fur, one for warmth, and another for camouflage. Sloths have long claws that help them climb and grip on trees. Another important thing would be that sloths are pretty defenseless which makes it hard for them to survive on land. Because of climate change, sloths and their ecosystems will be severely affected. In the future, I think sloths will have shorter fur because of the higher temperatures rising over time. Sloths will also have shorter and sharper claws as there will be fewer trees to grip on which makes them have to move and adapt themselves on land. For sharper claws, it will help them defend themselves on land. Over time sloths will also have to be faster as their members will be moving more on land than in the high trees.
