The Scarlet Macaw addaption

My present creature is the scarlet macaw. Scarlet Macaws feathers on the back of them are used like a waterproof cape. They use their beaks to cut thick vines to get their food. My future animal is the Scarlet Macaw 2.0 it eats seeds leaves and bugs. Its habitat is under trees and in caves.I think it will be hotter so i will have less feathers.
