Future Poison Dart Frog

My animal is the poison dart frog which is a poisonous frog located in rainforest and other humid environments across the world. To cope with climate change, the frog will need to make some drastic changes. The first of these is to become accustomed to the sea level riding by evolving to have gills and webbed feet. The current poison dart frog lives in trees, but poison frogs in the future will need to be able to survive in the water. Perhaps the most important trait, though, is the elongation of the tongue. This will allow the frog to gain a huge amount of diversity in its diet. Poison dart frogs are beautiful animals that will continue to thrive for centuries to come.
