Poison dart frogs are animals that live on the rainforest floors. They eat ants, fruit flies and many other bugs, and they do so by sticking their tongue out to grab the bugs. Their very extravagant colors show other animals that they are poisonous. As of right now, they only have one predator: the fire bellied snake. I think that due to global warming there will be less moisture in the rainforests, and less bugs for poison dart frogs to eat. Because of the lack of food, I think that the poison dart frogs will lose the majority of their poison and their color will change to camouflage. Additionally, I think the poison dart frog will become more social, to get more food. I think the poison dart frog will get longer legs to run faster. In conclusion, I think these adaptations will help the poison dart frog survive better.
