Capybaras

Description of Present Creature:Capybaras are semi aquatic mammals found throughout all countries of South America except Chile. They live in densely forested areas near bodies of water, such as lakes, rivers, swamps, ponds, and marshes, as well as flooded savannah and along rivers in the tropical rainforest. Description of Future Creature: In the future, the capybaras' habitat will get drier and hotter which means their ears will get much bigger. With smaller ears it allows the capybara to keep in more body heat. However, with bigger ones, they aren't able to keep in as much heat.
