Futuristic Animal

I chose the two toed sloth as my futuristic animal. The sloth’s changed behaviors will help it adapt. The diet consists of mostly nutritious seaweed and some smaller fish such as Angel Fish. Because of its current diet with low nutrition, the sloth conserves energy by moving slowly, but in this environment it needs to swim fast to escape predators. A sloth has algae in the fur giving it a green tint. The sloth will have to form a symbiotic relationship with a crab where the sloth gets cleaned and the crab receives food and protection. The world's rainforests are disappearing at a rate of 6,000 acres an hour. As humans we play a big role in the survival of all the habitats. We as people danger the rest of the world whether it's war, climate change, or habitat loss. Everyone and everything will pay a price.
