The white-nosed coati is an animal that lives in warm climates like the outskirts of Mexico, the southern U.S. and parts of northern central America. The white-nosed coati eats small animals like lizards, small invertebrates, and fruit. The white-nosed coati has sharp teeth but is small. Some of its predators include boa constructors, large birds, and wild cats. As sea levels rise and it gets warmer the white-nosed coati won’t leave its habitat. To stay in its habitat it will develop claws to help it climb trees avoiding predators because as food gets scarce it will become prey for many more animals. It’s body will get a little bigger and more muscular like a small and furry tiger, this will allow it to hunt more animals as species die off. Finally the White-nosed coati will develope a greenish color to its brown fur to help it blend into trees.
