Jaguars are found in Mexico, Central and South America. They can be found in rainforests, desserts, and grasslands but they are highly adaptive when there’s food and water available. Jaguars are the third largest cat which makes them good predators. They can also camouflage which makes it easier to hunt for food. Jaguars can also climb trees to help with hunting prey. They eat a variety of animals so it's easy to adapt. In 20 years some rainforests will be cleared out as in an urban area with people and buildings. With less space it will be harder to hunt, mate, and hide. They will have less area to stay and it will be harder to find food and water. Since, the area will get smaller and jaguars might have to move, the population will go down because there wouldn't be enough jaguars to mate or help grow their cubs.
