It has durable pads under its feet so it could gripple through the sandThe poison dart frog also has shells that protect it and deflect a predator’s attack. It does take its refuge under the nearest cacti it can find. It can also live on cacti without being pricked because it has a hard shell. Lastly I predict it will evolve like this
