The Toucan

The toucan is one of the most well known tropical birds. There's lots of reasons the toucan is like this now, mostly relating to its beak. This beak can be used to scare away predators or other wildlife that might compete with the toucan for food, or reach deep into tree cavities for food. Or to dig deeply into their own nesting cavities to clear them out which is what they are known for. The future toucan will have a bigger, more hollow beak to store more food. The toucan will have sharper teeth to chew whatever new foods it needs to adapt to, and smaller feet for an increase of speed when running. I am gonna give the toucan a brighter colored skin and beak to be more alarming to other predators, whether it's to compete for food or for protection. Those are my thoughts and predictions for toucans.
