Hummingbird

Now, hummingbirds have a lot of plants to nest in and flowers to drink nectar from. They also have a lot of small insects to eat for protein. In the future, they might have to drink cactus juice from cacti instead of nectar from flowers. They might have to build their homes in cacti instead of the normal trees that they usually build in. They might have to do this because people are cutting down trees and not replanting them. People may have to capture hummingbirds and raise them in captivity and then release them so they don’t become endangered or extinct. Hummingbirds are fragile and should be protected so they don’t become extinct by predators when their environment gets cut down. We should plant more trees and be aware of how to protect the hummingbirds.
