The Glass Frog lives in Central and South America. The current adaptations that they can make a high pitched whistling sound to attract a mate, they can jump 10 feet to escape from predators, part of the amphibian family, the glass frog is lime green in color but has a translucent abdomen that reveals the organs under the skin. Their undersides have translucent skin and muscles that allow their bones and organs to be visible. Rain forest will have these observed changes include deforestation for land use and agriculture, forest fires and species migration. With warming temperatures, drought is a major issue as the humidity in these rainforests is dropping. The new adaptation the Glass Frog will be that it can jump 12 feet in the air because Glass Frogs developed a technique they added a jump boost so they can jump higher and they glide slower to survive longer.
