The Spider Monkey Adaptations

Spider monkeys are found in rain forests. They have long slim bodies with long tails, but throughout the environmental changes spider monkeys have increasingly gotten lighter because the lighter ones had a higher survival rate because they can blend in with the environment better. The lighter coats were better for the heat and reflected it while the darker ones absorb the heat. The bigger spider monkeys also survived more because they have to fend off more predators and they have to hunt more for their food because it is becoming more scarce.
