Sloths scientific name is Bradypus Pygmaeus and its habitat is the tropical rainforest. Some of its adaptations are long, curved claws that enable the sloth to latch onto tree branches, leathery soles on their fore and hind feet, reinforced lumbar vertebrae that makes being upside down possible, and algae growth on fur that is good for camouflage.
