The current green anaconda is a member of the boa family and is a non-venomous snake. Some of the green anacondas’ adaptations are powerful teeth and jaws to hold onto their prey while their very muscular bodies wrap around their catch to suffocate them or to drag them under water. Their eyes and noses are perched on top of their large heads, allowing them to breathe and see their prey when submerged under water. After millions of years the tropical rainforest will turn into a dry savanna and almost everything will dry up. I think that some adaptations that the anaconda might adapt is legs to help it dig in the sand to bury itself to stay cool. It also might change its color to tan to help it blend into the ground better, and may also become a venomous snake in order to protect itself and stun its prey.
