The Hoatzin Discovery

The Hoatzin lives in the lowland area of the rainforest near swamps, forests, and mangroves. It eats leaves, roots, and flowers from the swamp area, making it kind of a picky eater. It has a coat of feathers that is pretty much all black. It has reddish orange tips on its tail. On its head it has a crest, a blue outline around its eyes, and shocking red eyes. A special feature is claws on each of its wings when it is young. I think there will definitely be a lot less trees from deforestation, so hoatzin will need to be smaller since it eats leaves and roots. With the air being polluted and the ground being drier, its color will change to camouflage with its environment. The crest will get small and change colors. The outline around the eyes will be black or gray to better fit in.
