Toucan

The toucan lives in the rainforests. They don’t usually go on the forest floor. They live up in the trees. In the future their adaptations will change. I think their adaptations will change because of global warming, deforestation, and many other things. Because of deforestation, there will be nowhere for the toucans to live and they will be forced to live in the desert. Also because of global warming they will have less feathers. When they live in the desert their colors will fade to keep them cooler. They will also have shorter beaks so it will be easier for them to catch bugs on the desert floor. Instead of the luscious, moist, rainforest, they will have the dry, hot, desert. They will have longer tails to help them balance on the dirt floor and lighter colors so they can keep cool. Help save the toucans from this horrible future.
