Today the rainforests are disappearing so I think the animals inside it will mutate and the animal I will be talking about is the scarlet macaw. When the rainforests disappear after global warming, the scarlet macaw will mutate to a more brownish green variety of colors. The reason is when global warming gets worse, there will be more severe storms. More severe storms cause floods. When floods get too severe, the rainforest may become a mangrove swamp. There is a lot less colorful creatures in the mangrove swamp. For future scarlet macaw to blend into the mangrove swamp to hide from predators, they need to adapt by changing their feather's colors to green and brown.
