Red Faced Spider Monkey

My Future Creature animal I chose to depict is the Red Faced Spider Monkey. This animal can be described as something with rich, lush, puffy and thick black fur; has a long, broad tail that it uses to scale trees and hang onto branches with. As it is known, an animal adapts with its environment. In the future due to climate change, as the Earth heats up, a primary feature of the monkey is to have a vast loss of fur and its thickness. As we progress into the future, more trees are lost than grown. From this, another adaptation of primary features is the shortening and dwindling of the tail, there would be a significant loss of muscle index and a shrinking of the hands and feet. Finally, due to major loss of mass, the monkey will start to have a shorter face.
