The Future & Present Capybara

The capybara has webbed feet to swim, and it can stay underwater for up to five minutes. The capybara is also the largest rodent on Earth. They can weigh up to 100 pounds. The capybara is a mammal and their legs are shorter in the front than the back. They live in the coastal rainforest. In the future, the environment will change to a wetland due to climate change. The capybara is going to have to grow a long neck to see out of the water and have a fish tail to swim faster. They will also need gills to breathe under water. The capybara can change his colors to brown, green, and blue to blend in with the water and hide from predators. They will still eat plants, but they will be aquatic plants. That is how the capybara is going to change.
