A Flame in a Future World.

I chose a Fire Salamander, because of its bright coloring and unique biology. It seems to me that it will be resistant to stress and adaptation. The Fire Salamander can easily travel long distances in search of a more suitable ecosystem. It can easily adapt to life in savannah, to the rain forest, and even underwater. Just because it will be able to swim and spend time underwater, because webbed feet will appear. Also, it will have claws on its fingers, so it will be able to dig the ground and make underground tunnels where it can hide from the heat and from predators. Its camouflage will become lighter and will reflect the bright sun and heat. The skin will be thicker, but still elastic, and self-cooling will be possible. It will also secret a prtective poison that will be even more toxic. The food will include insects, small fish.
