The Kemps red salamander lives in a tropical rainforest. It has bright red skin to warn predators that it is poisonous, breathes through its skin, has a slim body and non webbed feet. In the Climate change will cause salamanders to change. It will have brown skin for camouflage, webbed feet to move around easily, a slimmer body and a long tail for swimming. There could also be changes to when it eats and the type of food it eats. A salamander lives among lots of lush green leafage and plants, brightly colored flowers, and has many places to hide on the ground. Climate change changes all of this. The rainforest water will rise, and there will be fewer places for a salamander to hide. There will be muddy surfaces and taller plants growing in the water and more predators.
