The reasoning behind why the animal, the Indochinese tiger, has duller fur and bigger ears is to blend into the new environments and better combat the heat. Due to climate change, the forests will begin to either wither away or burn down due to the new harsh temperatures and unpredictable weather conditions. This can lead to the forest losing its vegetation, making it resemble that of a desert or savanna. With the now barren lands and increased heat, the tiger would need bigger ears to cool themselves down and fur that’ll blend into the ground and tall grass.
