The capybara lives in dense vegetation around swamps, lakes, rivers, E.T.C. I predict that the future capybara will live in a savannah. Because of global warming, there will be less rainfall and therefore, less water. I predicted that the future capybara will gain humps on its back to store fat. This fat converts into energy when the capybara will not be able to find food/water. Because of less rainfall, the environment will become hotter. I gave the future capybara larger ears to let out this heat more efficiently. Due to human pollution, the capybara’s water source will darken. To battle this, the creature will gain darker skin for camouflage. This will also help it camouflage in the tall grasses of the savannah.
