The gorilla is a herbivore but is strong. The first adaptation is small ears, these are so the gorilla does not get hot in the day. The Second adaptation is Strong muscles these Primates use them for knuckle walking\locomotion, The third adaptation is insanely big and droopy stomachs that help the gorilla store vital nutrients. The last is open nostrils, the nostrils being open helps the gorilla get more air.
If the gorilla lived in the desert. It would most likely become an omnivore which means it would eat plants and animals. Secondly it’s nostrils would change from being wide open to mostly closed this is because of sand and dust blowing around in massive sand storms. Thirdly its skin and fur will turn to the tone of the desert so it can camouflage in with the ground for hunting and hiding. Lastly the gorilla would reside in caves.
