A poison dart frog has a toxic secretion on its skin that helps protect it from predators. In the future, rain-forests will likely start to dry out, meaning animals will have to adapt to the new environment. The poison dart frog's color will start to change to blend into the dried out environment. The spots on the frog will also start to travel onto its belly and back. A poison dart frog will now live in the debris on the forest floor.
