Future of the Capybara

The Animal that i am doing is the Capybara, the Capybara lives in the Amazon rainforest, Current Adaptations to the Capybara is it has a Big and barrel shaped body and brown fur. How I think the rainforest will look in the future is I think all the trees will be gone the new adaptations my animal will have is I think they will be smaller but still keep the barrel shape so when there is no tree they will be smaller so they will not be seen.
