Southeast Asian rainforests

Climate change is "long-term shifts in temperatures and weather patterns." - UN "What Is Climate Change?". This shift will cause the changing of habitats for animals all across the globe, the tropical forests in Southeast Asia will be submerged while others may become savanas. Due to this the animals in the region over thousands of years will adapt to their environment by gaining new features, in the areas where water will rise, aquatic traits will be developed to better suit the new area and so the Asian golden cat may gain these features in the future.
