The Burrowing Gorilla

The mountain gorilla has thick fur and they live in troops to help survive. They have very expressive faces, are herbivores, and have very large intestines to help digest their food. They live in Tropical rainforests in the mountains. It can get below freezing, so they need thick fur. They eat only plants and fruits including bamboo. I predict that the mountain gorilla will become the burrowing gorilla. An adaptation they will have is becoming Omnivores. Because they are living in a savanna, they will need to find more protein. They will also need to lose a lot of weight and become stronger. This will help them track down prey. They will also develop wider nostrils to improve their sense of smell. Another adaptation they will have is turning their fur into a sand-ish color, to help them blend in. This will help them to live in a savanna.
