The Amazon rainforest is a very tropical forest. The jaguar has large paws, their large paws help them climb trees and swim. Jaguars live in a habitat fragmentation which means that the trees get cut down so that people can build stuff in the way of the forest and this affects the jaguars because it is harder for them to hunt and to find a mate to mate with during mating season. In the future jaguars will be able to store their fat because of their lack of food and their population will go down. Their lack of food will make them small and will make them into more of a house cat and make them less hungry and their energy that they can store will be used when they need to use it. Jaguars adaptations will be changed in a couple of years because of habitat fragmentation.
