My present creature, the capybara, is located by dense vegetation and rivers. Capybaras live in groups of 40 even though they don’t mind beginning alone. Capybaras eat their own feces. The high amount of protein in their poop allows them to digest it twice since they have a weak digestive system. My future creature (The shrubybara) 'new environment will be a shrubland. They will need to adapt to having stronger teeth due to the harder and stronger foods it will have to eat. They might also change their social behavior. They would cut down on the amount of capybaras in one group so that they would not be seen by predators easily. The capybara will also adapt to grow larger during the summer to shed off skin so they are not as hot, and they will shrink in the winter to get more fur around them to stay warm.
