Capybara

The capybara is an extraordinary animal Living in South America. The Capybara’s diet consists of bark,fruit,and plants.The capybara lives for 6 to 12 years and can run 22 mph. Due To climate change I think the biome we call the rainforest will turn into a grasslands biome and here is how I think the capybara will adapt to its new home. Capybara will change its diet to a mix of bark, fruit, plants, and bugs. The capybara will also adapt to its new home by moving faster to chase their new prey. The capybara will also adapt to survive longer without water.The capybara will adapt to its new environment by the fur turning a wheatish color and camouflage the capybara . The capybara’s ears will become longer so they can hear predators. The capybara's eyes will become wider so they easily find insects in the grass.
