Spider Monkey Evolution

Spider Monkeys are New World monkeys, meaning they originate from parts of Mexico and South and Central America. Spider monkeys get their unique name from their special and long limbs. Spider monkeys mainly use their elongated arms and legs to swing tree to tree. But as of now, Earth is going through global warming, greenhouse gases are getting trapped in our atmosphere– and to make it worse, humans are using deforestation at an increasing amount. So, I think that in a couple hundred to thousands of years, our Earth will look depressing and sad, due to the lack of trees. Our skies would be cloudy and gray from our atmosphere trapping unnecessary gases. The spider monkeys would eventually have shorter limbs from the lack of trees, small eyes and nose to protect from the dust, and they would grow a grayish brown color to camouflage in the “dead” environment.
